From the first hello, our process is calm and meticulous: a collaborative consultation, custom brow mapping or lip design, curated pigments for your undertone, and gentle techniques for comfort and longevity. We believe elevated results come from restraint, precision, and thoughtful aftercare. Safety and hygiene are central to everything we do. Expect single-use needles and disposables, barrier protection, and medical-grade sanitation at every appointment. Policies and aftercare are transparent so you always know what to expect. Cancellation Policy
To respect your time and ours, please review the following before booking.
Cancellation & Reschedule: Changes must be made 48+ hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee.
No-Show & Tardy: Not arriving or arriving 15+ minutes late = no-show to avoid impacting the next client and 100% charge.
Deposits: $150 deposit is required and non-refundable. With 48+ hours notice, the deposit may be transferred once to a new date; inside 48 hours it is forfeited.
Card on File: By booking, you authorize Casa Perla to charge late-cancel, no-show, and tardy fees per this policy.
